We are introducing AI Profile Summary and AI Fitness to help recruiters evaluate candidates faster and make more informed shortlisting decisions. Using the enhanced resume parser, the system extracts relevant information from the candidate’s resume and intelligently compares it with the Job Description (JD) to generate a structured AI-powered summary of the candidate’s profile.
The AI Profile Summary is displayed in clearly defined sections to provide a quick yet comprehensive understanding of the candidate:
Highlights – A brief overview of the candidate’s key profile attributes and relevant experience.
Strengths – Key skills, achievements, or qualifications that align well with the job requirements.
Concerns – Potential gaps or areas where the candidate may not fully match the role expectations.
Experience Details – A summarized view of the candidate’s professional experience relevant to the position.

To ensure transparency and reliability, each generated point includes citations at the end of the sentence, indicating exactly where the information was extracted from within the resume. This allows recruiters to quickly verify the context and source of the data.
Based on this analysis, Param ATS also provides an AI Fitness score. The AI Fitness classification can be one of the following:
Strong Fit – The candidate very strongly aligns with the role requirements.
Good Fit – The candidate aligns with the role requirements.
Partial Fit – The candidate meets some key criteria but may have certain gaps.
Weak Fit – The candidate has limited alignment with the job requirements.

This feature enables recruiters to quickly assess candidate suitability, prioritize relevant profiles, and significantly reduce the time spent on manual resume evaluation.
We are introducing AI Tags in Param ATS to make candidate discovery, mapping, and filtering more efficient. These tags are automatically generated after the resume is parsed and are based on key attributes such as skills, tools and technologies, experience level, and other relevant data points identified from the candidate’s resume.
With AI Tags, recruiters can quickly identify and organize candidates based on specific requirements, making it easier to locate relevant profiles within large candidate pools.
Key capabilities of AI Tags include:
Automatically generated tags based on resume parsing and candidate attributes
Ability to sort and filter candidates using relevant tags
Option to create and add custom tags to mark high-potential candidates or group profiles under specific categories

This enhancement helps recruiters streamline candidate segmentation, improve search accuracy, and make faster, more informed hiring decisions
We are introducing the Share Candidate Profile for Review feature, enabling recruiters to easily share candidate profiles with Hiring Managers (HM) or external stakeholders directly from the Application Listing Page of a job.
To share candidate profiles, recruiters can open the respective job and select one or multiple candidates from the application listing. Once selected, a “Share for Review” option will appear at the bottom of the screen. Clicking this will open a slide-over window where recruiters can configure the details that will be shared.

Within this interface:
The left panel displays included parameters and available parameters, allowing recruiters to add or remove specific information that should be shared.
The center panel provides a preview of the candidate details that will be included in the email.
Recruiters can also add internal notes or comments to provide additional context for the reviewer.
Once the details are finalized, recruiters can click “Compose Email”, which will open the email sending interface. By default, the system will suggest the Hiring Manager’s name as the recipient. Recruiters can either select the suggested user or enter any external email address to share the candidate profile for review.

This feature enables faster collaboration, flexible sharing with internal or external reviewers, and a more streamlined hiring workflow within Param ATS.
We have introduced new Candidate Pool Actions to give recruiters greater flexibility and control while managing candidates directly from the pool.
Two key actions have been added to the Candidate Pool:
1. Add Candidate to Another Job
Recruiters can now add a candidate to a different job directly from the Candidate Pool. To perform this action, simply select the candidate and click on the “Add to Job” option. The system will display a list of suggested jobs based on relevance, or you can search for a specific job and add the candidate to that role. This makes it easier to quickly map suitable candidates to multiple opportunities within the organization.

2. Blacklist a Candidate
The Blacklist option has been introduced to handle cases where a candidate violates terms and conditions, displays inappropriate behavior, or engages in misconduct. To blacklist a candidate, select the candidate from the pool and click on the Blacklist option.

These new actions help ensure better candidate management, improved compliance, and a more streamlined recruiting workflow within Param ATS.
We are introducing Interview Cancellation and Rescheduling with Cancel Reasons, giving recruiters greater flexibility and control over interview management. With this update, recruiters can now directly cancel and reschedule interviews without needing to raise support tickets, making the process faster and more efficient.
To cancel an interview, users can click on the three-dot menu available on the interview card and select the Cancel option. Upon selecting this, a list of predefined cancellation reasons will be displayed to help maintain proper records and reporting. Recruiters also have the option to enter a custom reason if the available options do not fully capture the situation.

Once the interview is cancelled, the recruiter can easily reschedule the interview at a later time once the required details are available.
We are introducing tagging users in Private Comments. With this feature the comment will only be visible to the user who created it and the user who has been tagged in the comment. No other users in the system will be able to view this interaction.
This feature improves collaboration while ensuring that sensitive discussions remain controlled and visible only to the relevant stakeholders.

We have introduced an enhancement to the Job Creation workflow in Param ATS to provide better visibility and control over application forms. Recruiters can now clearly see the name of the application form being used while creating a new job, making it easier to verify or change the form if required. This ensures that the correct application form is associated with the job before it is published.

In addition, users now have the option to preview the application form directly during job creation. The preview allows recruiters to see how the form will appear on the career page from the candidate’s point of view, helping them understand the candidate experience while filling out the application.
This enhancement helps ensure the right application form is used for each role and enables recruiters to validate the candidate-facing experience before making the job live.
We have introduced the Career Page Link Sharing to Different Platforms feature.
With this enhancement, recruiters can now share job links directly to multiple platforms without needing to manually copy and paste links outside the system.
To share a job link, open the job you want to promote and navigate to the Sourcing Channel section located at the top right corner. Here, you can select the relevant channel and hover your mouse pointer over the job link, which will reveal several sharing options.

Available sharing options include:
Copy to Clipboard
Once you click on the desired option, Param will automatically open the default application associated with that platform, allowing you to quickly share the job link with candidates or your network.

The New Candidate Pool UI is designed to make candidate discovery faster, simpler, and more intuitive for recruiters.
The refreshed interface offers a cleaner layout, improved navigation, and a more structured view of candidate information, enabling teams to quickly scan, filter, and identify the right talent without unnecessary clicks or complexity.

The New Joining List UI is designed to provide clearer visibility and better control over candidate joinings. The updated interface is now structured into two dedicated sections, making it easier to track both upcoming and completed joinings at a glance.
Yet To Join – Displays candidates who are scheduled to join today or in the upcoming days, helping teams proactively manage on-boarding readiness.
Already Joined – Shows candidates who have successfully joined in the past, enabling better tracking of completed hiring outcomes.
To make navigation and reporting more efficient, we have also introduced quick date-based filters that allow you to refine results instantly:
Today
This Week
This Month
This Quarter
Custom Date Range

The candidate’s Current Company and Current Designation will now be displayed prominently within the profile header, positioned alongside the candidate’s email address and phone number. This update ensures that key professional information is immediately visible without the need to scroll through the profile.

We are introducing Stage Movement Action within the new Candidate Application Listing to streamline recruiter workflows and reduce unnecessary clicks.
A new action column has been added next to the Stage column, enabling recruiters to perform key actions directly from the candidate row without opening the full profile. The available actions include:
Next Stage
Reject Candidate

The Next Stage button is intelligently designed to display the immediate next stage in the hiring workflow for the respective job. For example, if a candidate is in the Screening stage, the button will automatically show Interview Round 1 as the next stage, ensuring smooth and guided stage progression.

Please note that the “Move to Next Stage” option will not function once the candidate reaches the final interview stage. At that point, recruiters will need to generate and release the offer letter to proceed further in the hiring process.
This module can be accessed directly from the Candidate Name column within the Candidate Application Listing, allowing recruiters to initiate communication without leaving the listing view.

The updated Send Message module now opens as a right-side sliding panel, providing a modern and distraction-free experience. All existing and standard functionalities remain intact, including:
Adding internal users in CC
Using custom email templates
Accessing general forms
Attaching documents and files
In addition, we have introduced a powerful new “Help Me Write” AI feature to assist recruiters in composing professional and effective emails. By default, the system intelligently suggests email topics based on the candidate’s current hiring stage. Alternatively, you can simply describe the intent or message you want to convey, and the AI will generate a polished, contextually relevant email draft for you.

This enhancement ensures faster communication, improved consistency in messaging, and a more efficient recruiter experience within ATS.
We have introduced an Enhanced Resume Parser in Param ATS to improve data accuracy and recruiter efficiency. The parser has been optimized to extract more relevant and structured information from candidate resumes with greater precision.
The extracted data is now intelligently displayed within the Candidate Listing Page, allowing recruiters to quickly review critical data points without needing to open each profile individually. By surfacing key information upfront, this enhancement enables faster screening, more informed shortlisting decisions, and a significantly improved overall hiring workflow.
Agencies can now provide Current & Expected CTC, Notice Periods, and Comments directly during the candidate profile upload process. This option can be toggled on from Settings >> Agencies.

We are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading the Business Unit (BU) user interface within the Settings section (now Organization Structure).
With this update, you will now be able to add or modify existing Organizations and BUs directly from the Global Settings page.

Please note that this change will not impact any existing jobs.
However, while creating a new job, you will now be required to select the Organization and BU separately.

This enhancement is an important step toward improving our product’s scalability and ensuring it continues to evolve with future needs and requirements.
