When generating an offer letter, recruiters currently have to manually enter salary fitment data even when it has already been approved. With this update, the salary fitment fields in the offer template will be pre-filled automatically from the approved fitment values, so recruiters can skip the manual input step entirely and move straight to generating the offer letter. Fields will be editable if changes are needed, but the default will be to pull in the already approved numbers and save the extra back and forth.

Team Param

Jobs that have been live on the career page beyond a set number of days will be automatically unpublished by the system. The default threshold will be 120 days, but recruiters or admins will be able to configure this duration from the settings to match their hiring cycle. This keeps the career page clean and ensures candidates are not applying to positions that are no longer actively being hired for. Recruiters will be notified before a job is unpublished so they can extend it manually if the role is still open.

When a candidate is rejected, the system will now display the stage at which they were rejected, for example "Rejected after Technical Round" or "Rejected after HR Screening." This gives recruiters and hiring managers a quick way to understand where in the process a candidate dropped off, without having to dig through the activity history.

When a candidate is moved from one job to another, their Application Form data and Interview Feedback should follow them. Right now this data stays tied to the original job, which means recruiters lose context on a candidate when they are reconsidered for a different role. With this update, the relevant data will carry over so the hiring team always has the full picture, no matter which job the candidate is being evaluated for.

<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://Param.ai">Param.ai</a> will integrate with Instahyre as a sourcing channel, allowing recruiters to pull in candidates directly from Instahyre into the platform. This removes the need to manually copy over candidate details and keeps all sourced profiles in one place alongside candidates from other channels like Naukri and Monster.

When agencies submit a candidate, they currently have to fill in all the candidate details by hand. With this update, agencies will be able to upload the candidate's resume and have the system automatically parse and pre-fill the required fields. This saves agencies a lot of manual data entry and reduces the chances of information being entered incorrectly.

Recruiters often know exactly who they are looking for but have to go through multiple steps, like finding the job, applying stage filters, and then searching for the candidate, just to land on a profile. With global candidate search, recruiters will be able to search for any candidate from anywhere in the platform and jump directly to their profile or application in just a couple of clicks. This cuts out a lot of unnecessary navigation and saves time for recruiters who are constantly switching between candidates throughout their day.

Candidate notifications via WhatsApp will be automated based on key events in the hiring workflow, such as application updates, interview scheduling, and stage changes. Recruiters will not need to manually send these messages as the system will trigger them at the right time. This keeps candidates informed throughout the process without adding any extra work for the recruiting team.

When a recruiter opens a resume directly from the candidate listing, they currently have to go back to take any action on the candidate. With this change, the Reject and Move to Next Stage buttons will be visible right there on the resume view, so recruiters can make a decision on the spot without any extra navigation.

When a candidate accidentally withdraws their application, recruiters currently have no way to undo it. With this fix, recruiters will be able to restore a withdrawn candidate back to their previous stage in the pipeline, so a mistaken withdrawal does not result in losing a good candidate from the process.

A new "Work Mode" field will be added to the Basic Job Details section when creating or editing a job. Recruiters will be able to select from three options — On-Site, Remote, or Hybrid — to specify the work arrangement for the position. This value will be stored against the job and can be used for filtering, display, and candidate-facing job descriptions.

The candidate profile is getting a redesigned layout to make it easier for recruiters to find and act on information quickly. The updated design will bring better organization of key details like experience, skills, applications, and activity history, all in a cleaner and more readable format. The goal is to reduce the time recruiters spend hunting for information and give them a profile view that actually matches how they work day to day.

New Candidate Profile Design

Recruiters currently take notes in Excel or personal notebooks during screening calls, which is time-consuming and easy to lose track of. With this feature, screening calls will be recorded and automatically transcribed, with the transcript posted directly to the candidate's profile in the comments section. This means recruiters no longer have to manually write up call summaries, and key details like "candidate will call back" or "not interested" are captured and available for the whole team to act on.

A new report will be introduced to give recruiters and hiring managers visibility into candidates pending approval within their team's hiring workflow. The report will be split into two views — "For You" (approvals awaiting your action) and "Requested by You" (approvals you have initiated and are tracking). This makes it easier to stay on top of bottlenecks in the approval process without manually chasing status updates.

Recruiters will now be able to manually enter and update a candidate's Notice Period, Expected CTC (ECTC), and Current CTC (CCTC) directly on the candidate profile. These fields will help capture key negotiation and availability details in one place, making it easier for recruiters to assess and move candidates through the hiring process without relying on external notes or spreadsheets.

Recruiters can now configure the questions Charlie will ask during AI-led technical interviews, directly from the job's hiring stage setup. Questions can be added manually (Verbal or Coding Task type) or auto-generated by AI based on the job requirements. For coding questions, recruiters can specify the language and provide a starter code snippet alongside the problem statement. Questions can be reordered, edited, or deleted, giving recruiters full control over the interview structure before it goes live.

The Years of Experience (YoE) field in the exported data is currently being reported in months. This will be updated to display values in years instead, ensuring consistency with how YoE is shown elsewhere in the platform.

For example, if a candidate is in the Screening stage, the button will automatically show Interview Round 1 as the next stage, ensuring smooth and guided stage progression.

AI Profile Summary and AI Fitness

Recruiters will be able to share candidate profiles directly from the platform by sending a link or summary via email to anyone who needs to review them, whether that is an internal hiring manager or an external client. The recipient will not need to log in to Param to view the profile, making it easy to get feedback from people outside the platform. This replaces the current workaround of copying candidate details into emails or spreadsheets, and ensures everyone is reviewing the same consistent information regardless of who they are or where they sit.

Share Candidate Profiles for Review via Email

Candidates will be automatically tagged based on their profile data, skills, and activity within the platform. These tags will help recruiters quickly filter, search, and group candidates without having to read through every profile manually.
