2025 - Q3 - Release Notes

1. Revoke notification to HM and Approvers

We are pleased to announce that the feature to notify Hiring Managers and Approvers upon offer revocation is now live. With this update, whenever an offer letter is revoked, the Hiring Manager and all associated reviewers will receive an automatic email notification.

This enhancement ensures timely communication and keeps all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the offer management process.

2. Integrated Video Replay & Transcript Viewer

We are excited to introduce the new feature allowing recruiters to replay candidate interviews where the AI Notetaker had joined the meeting. This feature provides a synchronized transcript with timestamps alongside the video, enabling recruiters to review interviews efficiently and make more informed recruitment decisions.

This enhancement streamlines candidate evaluation by combining video and transcript review in one seamless experience.

3. Job Location added in joining list, CSV export of basic info, pipeline

The Joining list has been enhanced to display the job location for each entry, providing greater visibility to users. Additionally, the CSV export of basic information from the Joining list now includes job location details, and this enhancement extends to the Reports > Pipeline section as well.

These updates streamline data export processes and ensure accurate location tracking during on-boarding and reporting.

4. Admins can now edit the sub-source, user upload option to assign/update the email ID of the user upload

Admins can now edit the sub-source field for candidates, allowing corrections if the actual source of a candidate differs from what is currently displayed in the system. Additionally, when using the user upload option, it is now possible to assign or update the email ID of each uploaded user.

This enhancement will help to maintain accurate source attribution and user contact details throughout the recruitment process.

5. Email Templates - Subject field added

A dedicated Subject field has now been added to email templates, enabling users to customize the subject line for each specific template they send. This enhancement allows greater flexibility and clearer communication.

PS - If a subject line is not specified for a given template, the system will automatically use the template’s title name as the email subject by default.

6. Admins can now access Confidential Job reports

Admins now have the privilege to view reports for confidential jobs, a capability that was previously unavailable. This enhancement empowers the team to effectively monitor and track confidential job postings, ensuring better oversight and data-driven decision-making.

7. Bug Fixes and Platform Improvements

Alongside these feature enhancements, several bugs have been resolved, and the platform architecture has been refined to deliver a smoother, more reliable recruiting experience.
