2025 - Q2 - Release Notes

1. Application Auto-fill with resume

We're excited to introduce the Auto-fill with Resume feature in Param ATS, designed to make the application process faster and more efficient for candidates.

Candidates can now automatically populate the application form by simply uploading their resume. Param intelligently extracts key details from the document and fills in the corresponding fields, saving time and reducing manual effort.

Please Note:

i) This feature works best with ATS-friendly (structured) resumes.
ii) Poorly formatted or image-based resumes may result in incorrect or incomplete auto-fill.

2. Mobile WebApp

Param.ai UI is now mobile-friendly!

Users can now seamlessly give feedback, approve jobs, offers, and forms directly from their mobile devices.
Please follow the steps below to install the app on your phone

Android -

To access the mobile WebApp:
1. Open the Param portal in your mobile browser(Company Domain).
2. Follow the prompt to install the WebApp from the website.

3. Once installed, simply tap the Param icon on your phone to launch the app.

iOS -

1. Open the Param portal in your mobile browser(Company Domain).
2. Once the page loads, click on the "install app" banner that appears on the screen.

3. The system will then display the steps to add the icon to your home-screen; please click on "OK" to proceed.

4. Next, click on the share button within your mobile browser and select the Add to Home Screen option.

5. After completing these steps, the Param application will be available on your iOS device's home screen for immediate use.

3. Overview Page Redesign

We've given the Overview page in Param ATS a fresh new look to enhance clarity, usability, and productivity.

All notifications and action items are now displayed in a card view format, replacing the previous single-line text layout. This visual upgrade allows users to quickly scan, prioritize, and take action on pending tasks more efficiently.

4. Search with Job ID in job setup

We've enhanced the Job Setup process in Param ATS to make it even more efficient.

You can now search for existing jobs using either the Job ID or Job Name while setting up a new job. This allows you to easily prefill new job setups using existing data in the system.

This improvement ensures a smoother and faster job creation experience, especially for recurring or similar roles.

5. Movement to 'Offer Released' on Sending the Offer Letter

Now, whenever an offer letter is sent to a candidate, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to move the candidate to the "Offer Released" stage.

If you select Yes, the candidate's stage will be updated automatically, helping you keep your pipeline clean and your metrics accurate.
