2024 - September - Release Notes

1. Workflow Automation -

This feature will allow your team to configure pipeline workflows that trigger email notifications based on specific criteria, ensuring timely updates and efficient communication with candidates. Candidates are automatically notified via email when predefined conditions are met.

To set up Workflow Automation:
1. Navigate to Global Settings > Job Setup > Workflow Automation.
2. Click on Add Workflow Templates.

It can also be configured while creating the job or adding the existing template to a Job.

Workflow Configuration:
1. Select Event:
Choose the event you want to automate a workflow.
2. Set Conditions: Define the specific criteria that will trigger the automation.
3. Select Interval: Specify the time delay before triggering the email.
4. Choose Action: Determine the action (e.g., sending an email) that will follow.
5. Preview & Save: Preview the configured workflow and save it.

Available Functions:
β€’ Candidate Stage Movement: Automatically send an email when a candidate moves to a specific stage in the hiring pipeline.

β€’ Re-send Forms: Automatically re-send forms to the candidate after reviewing.

β€’ Job Status Event: Automatically send an email when a Job Status is Changed.

These automated workflows can be applied for all jobs using existing templates or configuring specific actions for individual job postings, offering flexibility based on your recruitment needs.

2. Reason for revoking an offer

This feature will allow the recruiter to select the existing reason or add a new reason for revoking any offer letter.

3. Gender details default in Application Forms -

From now onward in all Application Forms, gender will be available as the default option.

4. Edit Joining Date option in candidate profile.

Now you can rest the joining date of the candidate from the candidate's profile and if required you can reset the date also.

5. Re-Activate Team Member account from settings

This feature will allow you to reactivate any team member from the Settings >> Team Members >> Deactivated section. Note - Only Admins can Re-Activate and deactivated account.

6. Offer Expiry Feature

This feature empowers recruiters to set an expiry date for offer letters.

Feature Details -

i) Customizable Expiry Dates: Recruiters can now set specific expiry dates for each offer letter.

ii) Flexibility to Remove Expiry: Recognizing the dynamic nature of recruitment, recruiters have the flexibility to remove the expiry date from an offer letter if the need arises.

7. Job Information Fields Locked

This new feature adds an extra layer of control and consistency to your job creation process.

Once your job is approved, the basic information fields for that job are now locked in place.

Only Admins have the privilege to make changes to these locked fields if needed. This ensures that any modifications are intentional, controlled, and in line with your organization's guidelines.
