Teams Pending Approval Review Report

A new report will be introduced to give recruiters and hiring managers visibility into candidates pending approval within their team's hiring workflow. The report will be split into two views — "For You" (approvals awaiting your action) and "Requested by You" (approvals you have initiated and are tracking). This makes it easier to stay on top of bottlenecks in the approval process without manually chasing status updates.
