Stage movement action in Application Listing

A new action column has been added next to the Stage column, enabling recruiters to perform key actions directly from the candidate row without opening the full profile.

The Next Stage button is intelligently designed to display the immediate next stage in the hiring workflow for the respective job. For example, if a candidate is in the Screening stage, the button will automatically show Interview Round 1 as the next stage, ensuring smooth and guided stage progression.
