Show Stage Name at Point of Rejection

When a candidate is rejected, the system will now display the stage at which they were rejected, for example "Rejected after Technical Round" or "Rejected after HR Screening." This gives recruiters and hiring managers a quick way to understand where in the process a candidate dropped off, without having to dig through the activity history.
