Recruiters will be able to share candidate profiles directly from the platform by sending a link or summary via email to anyone who needs to review them, whether that is an internal hiring manager or an external client. The recipient will not need to log in to Param to view the profile, making it easy to get feedback from people outside the platform. This replaces the current workaround of copying candidate details into emails or spreadsheets, and ensures everyone is reviewing the same consistent information regardless of who they are or where they sit.
