Send Message (new UI)

This module can be accessed directly from the Stage Movement Action column within the Candidate Application Listing, allowing recruiters to initiate communication without leaving the listing view.

The updated Send Message module now opens as a right-side sliding panel, providing a modern and distraction-free experience. All existing and standard functionalities remain intact, including:

• Adding internal users in CC

• Using custom email templates

• Accessing general forms

• Attaching documents and files

Maintaining complete email history and workflow continuity

In addition, we have introduced a powerful new “Help Me Write” AI feature to assist recruiters in composing professional and effective emails. By default, the system intelligently suggests email topics based on the candidate’s current hiring stage. Alternatively, you can simply describe the intent or message you want to convey, and the AI will generate a polished, contextually relevant email draft for you.
