Salary Fill Up Enhancement in Offer Template

When generating an offer letter, recruiters currently have to manually enter salary fitment data even when it has already been approved. With this update, the salary fitment fields in the offer template will be pre-filled automatically from the approved fitment values, so recruiters can skip the manual input step entirely and move straight to generating the offer letter. Fields will be editable if changes are needed, but the default will be to pull in the already approved numbers and save the extra back and forth.
