Note Taking on Candidate Screening Calls

Recruiters currently take notes in Excel or personal notebooks during screening calls, which is time-consuming and easy to lose track of. With this feature, screening calls will be recorded and automatically transcribed, with the transcript posted directly to the candidate's profile in the comments section. This means recruiters no longer have to manually write up call summaries, and key details like "candidate will call back" or "not interested" are captured and available for the whole team to act on.
