Param.ai will integrate with Instahyre as a sourcing channel, allowing recruiters to pull in candidates directly from Instahyre into the platform. This removes the need to manually copy over candidate details and keeps all sourced profiles in one place alongside candidates from other channels like Naukri and Monster.
