Charlie – AI Interview Agent Question Configuration

Recruiters can now configure the questions Charlie will ask during AI-led technical interviews, directly from the job's hiring stage setup. Questions can be added manually (Verbal or Coding Task type) or auto-generated by AI based on the job requirements. For coding questions, recruiters can specify the language and provide a starter code snippet alongside the problem statement. Questions can be reordered, edited, or deleted, giving recruiters full control over the interview structure before it goes live.
