Auto-Unpublish Jobs After 120 Days

Jobs that have been live on the career page beyond a set number of days will be automatically unpublished by the system. The default threshold will be 120 days, but recruiters or admins will be able to configure this duration from the settings to match their hiring cycle. This keeps the career page clean and ensures candidates are not applying to positions that are no longer actively being hired for. Recruiters will be notified before a job is unpublished so they can extend it manually if the role is still open.
