Auto Resume Parsing for Agency Candidate Submissions

When agencies submit a candidate, they currently have to fill in all the candidate details by hand. With this update, agencies will be able to upload the candidate's resume and have the system automatically parse and pre-fill the required fields. This saves agencies a lot of manual data entry and reduces the chances of information being entered incorrectly.
