Add "On-Site, Remote, or Hybrid" Option to Job Work Mode in Basic Job Details

A new "Work Mode" field will be added to the Basic Job Details section when creating or editing a job. Recruiters will be able to select from three options — On-Site, Remote, or Hybrid — to specify the work arrangement for the position. This value will be stored against the job and can be used for filtering, display, and candidate-facing job descriptions.
