Add Notice Period, ECTC, and CCTC Fields for Candidates

Recruiters will now be able to manually enter and update a candidate's Notice Period, Expected CTC (ECTC), and Current CTC (CCTC) directly on the candidate profile. These fields will help capture key negotiation and availability details in one place, making it easier for recruiters to assess and move candidates through the hiring process without relying on external notes or spreadsheets.
